 Annie is a 24-year-old mare that is well broke and has been retired to teaching young kids how to sit a horse. She is sweet, well mannered and smooth to ride. She has the trademark of her grandsire, Poco Pine, the large hip and strong back leg. I have jumped on her bareback with a halter to bring in the mares for their Rhino shots. She stands at 15+ hands.
She is well bred on both the top and bottom. She is a maternal granddaughter of Poco Pine, an AQHA leading performance sire and grandsire. Poco Pine gave every indication that he possessed NCHA-caliber cutting horse skills, yet they decided to excel his performance career. Her sire Pay Stinger, had a short show career, but was an AQHA Champion, with Halter and Performance points. He was a superior halter horse, ROM in Western Pleasure and an excellent heading horse. He really enjoyed roping and earned a lot of money in the Jackpot ropings. He also is a grandson of Gay Bar King, sire of champion cutting horses.
Joe Goggins has a gelding out of Annie and speaks very highly of his abilities. She stands at 15+ hands.
