An exciting young sire, Prospector topped the fall 2007 Vintage Sale at $50,000. His dam, a maternal sister to N Bar Emulation EXT, topped that same sale at $270,000.
His grandam is the legendary matriarch and dam of EXT who at fifteen years of age sold for a record breaking $100,000. For more than twenty years, she has positively influenced the Angus breed through several sons and highly productive daughters.
The sire of Prospector is the number one $B bull in the breed and leading semen sale bull for Select Sires.
A multi-trait leader, Prospector offers breed-leading growth, carcass and maternal. He ranks in the top 2% for WW EPD, top 4% for YW EPD, top 1% for MILK EPD, top 1% for $B, top 3% for IMF EPD and top 2% for URE EPD.
